These terms apply to apps published by Onibaku ("we", "us") on the Atlassian Marketplace. If you obtain an app through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms also apply, and Atlassian handles purchases, licensing and refunds.
Licence
While your site has a valid licence (including any free tier or trial), you may use the app for your organisation's internal purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except as the law allows.
Your content
Your Confluence content stays yours. The app only accesses it to provide its features, as described in our privacy policy.
Support and changes
We provide support as described on our support page. We may improve or change the app over time. If we ever plan to discontinue an app, we'll give at least 90 days' notice through the Marketplace listing.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and you're responsible for checking any exported data before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
