Terms of use

These terms apply to apps published by Onibaku ("we", "us") on the Atlassian Marketplace, the Google Workspace Marketplace, the HubSpot App Marketplace and the Chrome Web Store, and to our web apps such as ChatBundle. If you obtain an app through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms also apply, and Atlassian handles purchases, licensing and refunds for those apps.
Licence
While you have a valid licence (including any free plan or trial), you may use the app for your own or your organisation's purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except as the law allows.
Subscriptions bought from us
Pro for Calendar Timesheets & Billing, Sheet to Calendar Sync, Heading Numbering & Table of Contents, Gift Aid Schedule Builder, Live Endnotes and Onibaku Sheets Sync is sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe. A subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from "Manage subscription" in the add-on; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. A subscription covers one Google account at a time (for Onibaku Sheets Sync, one HubSpot account), and you can move it with your licence key. A Team plan for Heading Numbering & Table of Contents or Live Endnotes covers the number of people you pay for; the buyer decides who has a seat and can change the number of seats, with the difference charged or credited for the rest of the period. Onibaku Sheets Sync's free plan includes 100 rows a month per HubSpot account; runs beyond that fail with a message until the next month or until you upgrade. Live Endnotes' free plan converts any number of footnotes and adds and renumbers up to 10 endnotes per document. If you're unhappy, email us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects your renewal.
Gift Aid Schedule Builder
Gift Aid Schedule Builder checks your records against HMRC's published rules and fills in HMRC's Gift Aid schedule template; it doesn't submit anything to HMRC. Your charity or club remains responsible for its Gift Aid declarations, its records, whether each donation qualifies and the claim it makes, including anything HMRC recovers or charges after a claim. Check every claim before you submit it. HMRC can change its rules or template; we aim to update the add-on promptly, but we can't guarantee that HMRC will accept every file. The add-on isn't made or endorsed by HMRC.
Statbench
Statbench's ten core tools are free. Pro is sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe, as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a single payment that unlocks Pro for good on one Google account; a class or team licence covers the number of people you pay for, from 5. If you're unhappy, email us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment.
Statbench works out statistics from the data you give it. Its results are checked against published reference values, but you're responsible for choosing a suitable test, checking its assumptions and checking the results before you rely on them, in coursework, research or business decisions. Goal Seek, Data Tables and Solver change the cells you name while they run; Data Tables put the inputs back afterwards, and Goal Seek and Solver offer Undo. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Statbench is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Microsoft, Excel and XLMiner are trademarks of their owners; Statbench is independent and not affiliated with them.
Social Media Comment Generator
Subscriptions to Social Media Comment Generator are sold by us through ExtensionPay, with payment processed by Stripe. They renew automatically each month or year until you cancel from "Manage Subscription" in the extension; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 50 comments; subscriptions include 2,000 comments a month. If you're unhappy, email us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment. Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong: you're responsible for what you choose to post.
ChatBundle
ChatBundle passes are sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe. A pass is a single payment, not a subscription: the 7-day pass and the 30-day pass give unlimited full PDFs until they end, and nothing renews. Buying another pass with the same key adds its time on top. A key works in up to three browsers at a time. The free version shows the whole chat and makes a watermarked PDF of the first 100 selected messages. If ChatBundle didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund. ChatBundle formats the text of a chat export; it isn't legal advice, it can't show whether an export is complete or genuine, and we can't promise that a court, tribunal or anyone else will accept its PDFs. Executor’s Cashbook
Executor’s Cashbook passes are sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe. A pass is a single payment for one estate, not a subscription: it lasts 12 months and nothing renews by itself. A renewal adds 12 more months to the same key. A key works in up to three browsers. Without an active pass an estate can hold up to 10 assets and debts and the accounts PDF isn’t available, but your records are never locked or deleted. Executor’s Cashbook is a record-keeping tool for estates in England and Wales. It isn’t legal, tax or financial advice, and it doesn’t prepare probate applications or Inheritance Tax forms, or work out tax. Dates, letters and accounts come from the information you enter and from published rules that can change; you’re responsible for checking them, and for your duties as an executor or administrator. If you’re unsure what to do, take advice from a solicitor, accountant or probate practitioner. Your records are kept only in your browser: you’re responsible for keeping backups, and we can’t recover estates that are lost when browser data is cleared or a device is lost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Executor’s Cashbook is limited to the amount you paid for the pass, and we aren’t liable for tax, interest, penalties or other loss arising from how you use it.
AwardMatch
AwardMatch Worker Pro is sold by us directly as a subscription (£5 a month or £45 a year), with payment processed by Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing link in the app; it then runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. A key works in up to three browsers. Without Worker Pro you can keep one award with every claim feature, and your records are never locked or deleted. AwardMatch is a record-keeping and document tool. It is independent and not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or Access to Work. It doesn’t submit claims, give benefits or legal advice, or decide what Access to Work will pay. Its checks compare your records with the award details you enter, using claim guidance published by GOV.UK and others that can change without notice; a claim that passes them can still be queried or returned, and you’re responsible for checking every invoice and claim before you send it. Your records are kept only in your browser: you’re responsible for keeping backups, and we can’t recover records lost when browser data is cleared or a device is lost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to AwardMatch is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren’t liable for delayed, reduced or refused Access to Work payments.
Research Trail
Research Trail Pro is sold by us directly as a subscription (£9 a month or £29 a year, or $12 a month or $36 a year in US dollars), with payment processed by Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing link in the app; it then runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. A key works in up to three browsers. Without Pro you can keep one research objective with up to 25 log entries, and your research is never locked or deleted: you can always view it, download reports and back it up. If Research Trail didn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of paying for a full refund.
Research Trail is a record-keeping and document tool for genealogical research. It is independent and isn’t affiliated with Research Ties, FamilySearch, Ancestry or any archive. Citations and reports are built from what you enter; you’re responsible for checking them before you rely on or send them. Your research is kept only in your browser: you’re responsible for keeping backups, and we can’t recover research lost when browser data is cleared or a device is lost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Research Trail is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Keyrain
Keyrain is free to use with three included songs and one imported MIDI file. The unlock is a one-off in-app purchase through Google Play, under Google Play's terms; it isn't a subscription and doesn't renew. If Keyrain didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of buying with your Google Play order number for a full refund. Only import MIDI files you have the right to use; Keyrain keeps them on your device and never shares them. Imported songs and scores are kept only on your device: we can't recover them if you clear the app's storage, uninstall it or lose the device. Keyrain is independent and isn't affiliated with Synthesia LLC or any keyboard maker. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Keyrain is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Flossmark
The Flossmark lifetime unlock is sold by us directly as a one-off payment of £9.99, processed by Stripe. It isn’t a subscription and doesn’t renew. A key works in up to three browsers. Without the unlock you can keep one chart at a time with every feature, and your charts and progress are never locked or deleted. If Flossmark didn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of paying for a full refund.
Flossmark is a progress tracker for cross stitch charts you already own. It is independent and isn’t affiliated with Pattern Keeper, Markup R-XP, DMC or any designer or charting program. It reads charts automatically and can misread one; check the thread list and any import notes against your printed chart, and you’re responsible for what you stitch. Only import charts you have the right to use; Flossmark keeps them on your device and never shares them. Your charts and progress are kept only in your browser: you’re responsible for keeping backups, and we can’t recover data lost when browser data is cleared or a device is lost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Flossmark is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Beginners Call
Beginners Call is free, with no paid tier. It is an information tool, not legal advice. It applies section 37 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 as the Department for Education’s advice explains it, and summarises what councils publish on their own websites on the date shown; councils change their requirements and make the final decision on licences, exemptions and approvals. Check with the child’s council (or, for a Body of Persons Approval, the council where the show takes place) before relying on a result, and you remain responsible for licensing, chaperoning and safeguarding the children in your production. It is independent and isn’t connected with any council, the Department for Education, NNCEE or NODA. Because it’s free, to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using it.
Brought Forward
Brought Forward Pro is sold by us directly as a subscription (£8 a month or £69 a year), with payment processed by Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing link on the site; it then runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. A key works in up to three browsers. Without Pro you can convert three statements a day with every format and check. If Brought Forward didn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of paying for a full refund.
Brought Forward converts the text of bank statement PDFs you have the right to use. It is independent and isn’t affiliated with any bank or accounting software. It reads statements automatically and can misread one; its balance check flags rows that don’t follow the statement’s running balance, but it can’t catch every error (for example in a PDF with no balances). Check converted figures against your statement before you import, file or submit anything; you’re responsible for your accounts and tax returns. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Brought Forward is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren’t liable for tax, interest, penalties or other loss arising from how you use it.
Earful
Earful is sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe. Free covers one location. Plus is £34 a location a month, or £29 a location a month billed yearly, and £27 a location a month (£23 billed yearly) once you have 10 or more locations. The Local add-on is £24 a covered location a month, or £20 billed yearly. A location is one business, or one app, across all its review sites. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account; the plan then stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Earful collects reviews that are publicly shown on review sites, and helps you reply to them. Review sites can change their pages or rules at any time, so a site may stop being collected, or collected as often, for a while; we’ll fix what we can and tell you in the app. Replies drafted by AI are suggestions: you’re responsible for what you post, and for following each review site’s rules for business replies. You must only add businesses and apps you own or are authorised to manage, and only connect developer keys and accounts you’re allowed to use. Earful is independent and isn’t affiliated with Google, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Yelp, Apple or any other review site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Earful is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Tellstack
Tellstack is sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe. Free includes 100 credits and 10 watches a month, and the first 25 rows of any list. Pro is bought in blocks: each block is 10,000 credits and 500 watches a month for £49 a month, or £41 a month billed yearly, and £39 a block a month once you have 5 or more. A credit is one domain lookup, from the index or scanned live, alone or in a bulk job, or 10 rows of a “sites using” list. Unused credits don’t carry over to the next month. Credits are charged when you make a request and refunded if a live scan fails on our side. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your dashboard; the plan then stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Tellstack reports what a website’s public pages, DNS records and certificate show about the technology behind it. Detections are inferences with a confidence score, not facts: a site can hide, fake or change its technology, and anything that only appears once JavaScript runs can be missed. Check results before you rely on them. Sites that block crawlers or opt out are left alone and may be missing or out of date. You may use results and lists for research, sales and marketing, but you’re responsible for how you contact anyone you find through them, including following the law on direct marketing (in the UK, PECR and UK GDPR). Don’t use Tellstack to overload, attack or get round the defences of any site, or to resell the index as a whole. Keep your API keys secret: you’re responsible for requests made with them.
Technology detection uses the open-source webappanalyzer fingerprint data, a continuation of Wappalyzer’s, used under the GNU General Public License v3; the detection engine, crawler and index are our own. Tellstack is independent and isn’t affiliated with Wappalyzer, BuiltWith, or any technology it detects; product names are trademarks of their owners. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Tellstack is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Sort Paragraphs & Sections
Sort Paragraphs & Sections is free, with no paid tier. It rearranges and removes paragraphs in the Google Docs™ document you use it in, exactly as the menu option you choose describes; tables inside a selection are refused rather than sorted. Check the result before you rely on it: one Undo (Ctrl+Z) reverses a whole sort, and Google Docs' version history keeps earlier versions. Links to headings in moved sections, and bookmarks in moved paragraphs, may need recreating. Because it's free, to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for any loss arising from using it. Google Docs is a trademark of Google LLC; the add-on isn't made or endorsed by Google.
Pluckbox
Pluckbox is sold by us directly, with payment processed by Stripe. Free includes 50 pages a month and 3 parsers. Pro is bought in blocks of 1,000 pages a month: £29 a block a month, or £24 a block a month billed yearly, and £19 a block a month once you have 10 or more. A page is a page of a PDF, an image, or each 3,000 characters of an email or text file. Pages are counted when a document arrives and given back if it fails to parse; unused pages don’t carry over to the next month. Once a month’s pages are used, new documents are refused until the next month or until you add a block: emails that arrive then show as failed in your dashboard. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your dashboard; the plan then stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Pluckbox reads documents with AI and can misread them. Confidence scores are the AI’s own estimate, not a guarantee: check extracted fields, and anything in the review queue, before you rely on them, especially before paying an invoice or filing anything; you’re responsible for what you do with the results. Only send documents you have the right to process, and don’t use Pluckbox for anything unlawful or to overload the service. Keep your API keys secret: you’re responsible for requests made with them. Pluckbox is independent and isn’t affiliated with Parseur, Docparser, Zapier, Make or n8n. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Pluckbox is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Your content
Your Confluence content, HubSpot records, calendar events and spreadsheets stay yours. The app only accesses it to provide its features, as described in our privacy policy.
Support and changes
We provide support as described on our support page. We may improve or change the app over time. If we ever plan to discontinue an app, we'll give at least 90 days' notice through the Marketplace listing, and refund any unused part of a subscription bought from us.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and you're responsible for checking exported and synced data, timesheets and totals before relying on them, for example before sending an invoice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
