What to include

• Which app, and your site address (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net) or the Google account you use the add-on with
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
• The query you ran, if it's about search results
• A screenshot, if something looks wrong

Please don't send passwords, API tokens or confidential page content.

Common questions

Why don't I see some pages in the results?

Results only include content you have permission to view. Archived spaces are left out unless your query includes them.

My query shows an error

The message comes from Confluence and usually names the problem, such as a misspelt field. The examples on the search page and the CQL quick reference are good starting points.

Is there a limit on exports?

Each export includes up to 10,000 results. If you hit the limit, narrow the query (for example by space or date) and export in parts.

Google Workspace add-ons: I paid but it still says Free

Reopen the sidebar on the Google account you upgraded from. If you paid from another account, use Have a licence key? with the key from your receipt page. Otherwise email us with the address on your Stripe receipt and we'll fix it the same working day.

Support is provided in English on UK working days. Critical problems (the app not loading at all) are prioritised. We support the current version of each app.
